Is the whole three-story house included?
Your Booking.com reservation is for the first-floor guest area. The second-floor staff room is not included in the booking. The house is hosted for one guest group at a time.
How many people can stay?
The 1F has two bedrooms and seven single futon beds, and is set up to host up to seven guests.
Can the two bedrooms be connected?
Yes. The sliding doors between the two first-floor Japanese-style rooms can be opened so the rooms form a larger shared space.
How do we get here from the airport?
Take the JR train from New Chitose Airport toward Minami-Otaru. The ride is about 70 minutes. From Minami-Otaru Station, the house is around a seven-minute walk. Please check current train times before travelling.
Does Otaruya have parking?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for one or two cars. Please confirm your vehicle details with the host before arrival.
